About E2E

The Excel 2 Excellence (E2E) Youth Football League promotes the wholesome development of student athletes by connecting them with accomplished professionals and leaders in the football community.

As a product of youth sports, Founder and NFL Super Bowl Champion, Michael Robinson witnessed firsthand the impact organized sports can have on student athletes. In 2010, he set out to create similar opportunities for young people by establishing the Excel to Excellence Foundation. From the beginning, his goal was to grow the foundation into a youth league, and he did just that in 2014 with E2E.

With the help of local and national sponsors, community leaders, and knowledgeable football professionals, E2E YouthFootball has grown into a year-round league with several programs that serve our youth. E2E is based in Richmond, VA but partners with youth organizations throughout the state.

The Mission

E2E Youth Football is on a mission to give back and change lives. We emphasize learning and playing the game of football while holding our players to a high moral standard.

But for us, it’s not only about the game. We turn players into well-rounded leaders. We stress the importance of academic achievement and self-worth to a level that goes beyond the field and into school, family, and community. Our players are further supported by opportunities to connect with accomplished professionals and leaders in the NFL.

Through our annual Football Camp and signature events like the Featured Friday Night Lights Game and All Star Tournaments, we create experiences that are proven to impact young people for a lifetime.
